No Show Policy
The ICONWICE 2025 is a high-quality conference that depends on the presentations given during their parallel sessions, and discussion after the keynote talks. Authors of accepted papers who do not present their papers will leave a gap in the conference program, which is not acceptable to the conference audience.
Please take note that ICONWICE has a strict policy on No-Show author. Therefore, if your paper is accepted by the Program Committee, at least one of the authors or a representative MUST REGISTER and PRESENT their paper in-person at the conference or online or by recording a full paper presentation.
In accordance with ICONWICE policies, it is important to note the following provisions for authors who do not present their work at the conference:
- Their papers will not be considered for publication in any ICONWICE journal, including Special Issues or Proceedings. While these submissions will be archived, they will not be indexed or included in any publications.
- The author will not be eligible to reclaim or receive refunds for any fees that have been submitted.
- The author will not be able to obtain certifications for workshops and conferences.
Authors are required to notify the Committee as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days prior to the conference date, should they encounter any unforeseen circumstances that may hinder their ability to present. Any alternative arrangements must be approved by the Committee in advance.
